RESPONSE-READY COACHING
Structured training for firefighters Committed to Staying Strong, Capable, and Response Ready.
Train for the Job. Protect Your Career.
Firefighting is physically demanding, unpredictable, and unforgiving — and the wear adds up as calls accumulate, sleep is disrupted, and small gaps in strength, mobility, recovery, or conditioning get exposed.

RESPONSE-READY COACHING
coaching Program Options
Each of these coaching programs stand on their own based on your needs, or can be combined to build your ultimate preparation plan.
Response Ready Blueprint — Physical Training Program
For firefighters who want training that supports the job without burning out or breaking down.
The Response Ready Blueprint is a 16-week progressive firefighter-specific training system designed to build strength, conditioning, movement quality, and durability in a structured, sustainable way.
Training is built around:
Foundational movement patterns
Muscular strength and strength endurance
Energy system development aligned to job demands
Measured intensity and progression
Built-in active recovery
This develops a body that is strong, capable, and resilient—not just tired.
The 16-week program follows three progressive phases:
Phase 1 (Weeks 1–5): Endurance Foundation
Build a strong aerobic base and full-body muscular endurance to support longer work periods, faster recovery, and greater physical and mental resilience.
Phase 2 (Weeks 6–10): Strength & Strength Endurance
Develop higher levels of strength while maintaining endurance through moderate-duration intervals and progressive loading.
Phase 3 (Weeks 11–15): Power & High-Intensity Capacity
Build explosive power, rapid force production, and the ability to repeat hard efforts with minimal drop-off.
(Week 16 may serve as a consolidation, assessment, or deload based on individual needs.)
Includes:
Movement screening and corrective strategies (MOVR App)
Custom progressive training program (Bridge Athletic App)
Ongoing program adjustments based on performance and readiness
Performance Nutrition Plan
For firefighters who want consistent energy, improved body composition, and better recovery on and off the job.
Nutrition directly impacts training performance, recovery, and long-term durability. When fueling is inconsistent, energy drops, recovery slows, and progress stalls.
This plan provides clear structure without unnecessary restriction—so you can support your training, optimize recovery, and sustain performance over time.
Includes:
Customized performance nutrition plan (Cronometer app)
Sustainable implementation guidance
Ongoing adjustments based on performance and recovery
coaching format
Response Ready Coaching Programs are available in two formats.
Both formats follow the same preparation methodology. The difference is the level of individualization and coaching access. Programs may stand alone or be combined based on your stage in the process.
1:1 Coaching
Individualized programming, direct access to coaching, and fully customized preparation aligned with your timeline and goals.
small-group coaching
Structured programming, guided coaching, and peer accountability within a focused cohort of candidates preparing together.
