I’m Ryan Provencher — Operations Battalion Chief (Ret.) and Founder of Firefighter Peak Performance.
For more than three decades, I served in the fire service while developing structured training programs designed specifically for the physical and mental demands of the job.
As a Peer Fitness Trainer and Health-Fitness Coordinator, I coached hundreds of firefighters and built training systems focused on intentional preparation—reducing injury risk, developing durable strength and endurance, and improving operational readiness.
My approach is grounded in Exercise Science and Performance Nutrition, shaped by lived experience, and refined through years of leadership, setbacks, recovery, and long-term performance development.
